She has presented talks on: green marketing, environmental communication, grass roots marketing and how to establish accepted “green credentials.” In addition to managing Evolution Marketing, Ms. Geason-Bauer has actively volunteered her time with a variety of community organizations. Ms. Geason-Bauer served as President of Greener Oconomowoc from 2009-2011 and founded the Oconomowoc Winter Farmers’ Market. Ms. Geason-Bauer was the PR chair for the Oconomowoc Community Built Playground – Imagination Station Project in 2008 and 2009.
